About the the Product & Role:
Katalon<a href="https://katalon.com/truetest"> TrueTest</a> is an AI-powered test automation solution that automatically discovers, generates, and maintains user-journey test cases, helping teams improve testing efficiency and quality.
As Senior Manager/Director, Engineering, you will lead the engineering team building and scaling TrueTest. You will own end-to-end delivery, resource planning, and technical execution, while providing leadership across architecture, performance, security, and Agile practices. Your focus is on ensuring high-quality delivery and driving continuous improvement aligned with the product roadmap.
Your Responsibilities:

Your Role
As the primary communication bridge with our users and stakeholders, you will deeply understand the Katalon platform and its benefits. You'll translate product capabilities into value-driven stories that resonate with enterprise buyers, influence our go-to-market strategy, and empower sales and customer success teams
Key Responsibilities
<ul dir="auto"><li>Develop a deep understanding of the Katalon platform and translate it into clear, differentiated messaging for our target audiences.</li><li>Partner with Product Management to define and communicate the platform's value proposition across go-to-market channels.</li><li>Create and maintain sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, and product overviews to help accelerate deal velocity and facilitate the platform's enablement sessions.</li><li>Develop content for every stage of the buyer journey: case studies, blogs, white papers, solution briefs, and web copy.</li><li>Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and sales plays.</li><li>Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to fuel campaigns with strong narratives and proof points.</li><li>Act as a product advocate, helping represent Katalon at webinars, events, and community discussions.</li><li>Provide feedback to internal teams on customer insights, trends, and market gaps.</li></ul>

About the role:
We're looking for a Lead Quality Engineer to bring technical leadership and shape the delivery of our world-renowned Quality Platform.
You will be seen as a technical leader and mentor for your fellow quality engineers. You will share new ideas and perspectives on quality engineering, and contribute to initiatives within the organization.
You will be part of a distributed team of passionate technologists assessing the software quality of our platform by implementing modern, innovative and emerging testing techniques. You will play a crucial role in our high-velocity Agile teams, working on multiple assignments.
Core Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Act as a technical leader to define and evolve our existing automation-first quality strategy and approach to reflect the maturing complex architecture of our platform;</li><li>Understand Katalon Product's challenges as well as keys to success and take ownership of testing aspect of Katalon's success plan;</li><li>Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers to provide a subject matter expert's point of view for our platform by participating in design reviews and feature discussions;</li><li>Participate in Scrum ceremonies and oversee quality engineering tasks within teams;</li><li>Coach quality engineering team members and contribute in sprint deliverables;</li><li>Partner with Customer Support Specialists to support customer escalations, reproduce defects in-house, and drive issues to closure when necessary.</li></ul>
