To effectively evaluate candidates, our recruitment process involves collaboration with our global headquarters and the use of third-party tools. We may share your data with:
- Our Parent Company: Key hiring managers and interviewers based at Katalon, Inc. (USA).
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us with the recruitment process, such as our Applicant Tracking System providers (e.g., Workable, Manatal…).
Participation in our talent pool allows us to consider you for future roles if your current application is not successful. By accepting this Candidate Privacy Notice, your candidate profile may be retained in our talent pool for up to 12 months after the recruitment process is complete. You remain in full control of your personal data and may request deletion at any time, without any negative impact on your future applications with Katalon.
Your Rights: You have the right to be informed about the processing of your data; to give, withdraw, or refuse consent; and to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to object to processing, request the provision of your data, file complaints or lawsuits, claim damages, and request measures to protect your rights in accordance with the law.
Your Obligations: By participating in our recruitment process, you have the following obligations:
- Provide Accurate Information: You are obligated to provide true and accurate information regarding your education, work experience, and other details.
- Respect Privacy and Confidentiality: You must respect and protect the personal data of others, including maintaining the confidentiality of any Katalon information you may be exposed to during an interview or technical assessment.
- Comply with Regulations: You are obligated to comply with applicable data protection laws and prevent violations.
